How do I get a copy of the software?

How many computers can I activate with my license?
Server License allows for 1 computer. Server Plus allows for 3 computers and Server Advanced allows for fair-use up to 30 computers.
Is it a requirement that Data Synchronisation Studio (Data Sync) and Ouvvi are installed on a server?
No, Data Sync can be installed on a workstation/local machine and Ouvvi can be installed on Windows 10/11 Pro if you do not have a server.
Where can I find out how to get started with Data Sync?
You can find our training for Data Sync here. If you have never used the software before it is best to start here to get you familiarised with the product and it's features.
Where do I go for technical support?
If you need any technical support, please visit our helpdesk to create a ticket and one of our support team will get back to you. You can access our helpdesk here. Alternatively sending us an email at support@simego.com does the same thing.
Where can I find information on how to connect to my various data sources?
You can find the technical documentation on the products at our documentation site which can be found here.
What happens at the end of the subscription?
At the end of the subscription term either renew using the link we send you via email or purchase a new subscription to continue using the product.
What counts as a user in relation to the support contract?
A user is a person who is in charge of the Simego system at a single location. A Server License allows for 1 user to contact Simego for support.

Only with a Server Advanced subscription we offer Screen sharing technical support to help with complex configuration, installation or general advice. Limited to 6 Hourly sessions annually.
